Founded in 1829 as the Erste Donau-Dampfschiffahrts-Gesellschaft (First Danube Steamboat Shipping Company). Their core solutions and services encompass river shipping, bulk, general and oversized cargo transportation. Owning an extensive fleet, consisting of 220 floating units with a total carrying capacity of 300,000 ,mtons and a pushing capacity of 100,000 HP, sailing from the Black Sea to the North Sea. They possess a range of infrastructure assets, including shallow water fleet, a bunker station, repair stations at multiple points along the Danube for vessel maintenance, a floating dock for under-water repairs, and floating cranes for lightering of barges.
