TRAN-PEC IFN, a Romanian company based in Galati, intends to sell a plot of land with a surface of approx. 46,767 sqm in a non-residential location in Agigea. The envisaged site has direct access to the Danube-Black Sea Canal and to the Black Sea via the Constanta South Port. The plot is located within easy reach distance to the railway terminal as well as to the A2 highway which is connecting Constanta to Bucharest. On the west side is bordered by lake Agigea, a 35 ha large lake.
